Rachel Radley
Rachel Radley is a Vaughan Family Lawyer specializing in divorce, child support, spousal support, custody and access, child protection and other family issues and disputes. With many years of experience in all aspects of Family Law and Divorce cases, Rachel is a former FRO lawyer experienced in crafting a settlement agreement that is fair, responsible, and enforceable.

Gillian Tadman
Gillian focuses on the legal and the emotional needs of her clients. In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Gillian has obtained a Master of Social Work and combines her legal knowledge, her compassion for her clients and her legal skills to provide the best possible results. She is passionate about the practice of family law and is eager to apply her knowledge and skills to client specific issues.
Gillian Tadman has joined Radley Family Law after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2016. Gillian was selected to receive the Joseph Micallef Memorial Award in Family Law in her graduating year, an award that is presented to an upper year student who is distinguished by conduct, has an interest in the area of Family Law and academic standing in Family Law studies.
Gillian was called to the bar in 2017 after she articled with a well-respected boutique family law firm in Toronto.
Talar Awakian
Talar obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2013. During that time, she was the recipient of the Family Law Institute Award for her paper on the multifaceted issue of domestic violence in custody and access cases. Talar was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 after completing her articles at a general practice firm in Toronto.
Before joining Radley Family Law, Talar handled numerous cases in family law litigation as well as civil litigation, corporate, real estate and wills and estates. She is passionate about family law and utilizes that passion to tackle difficult issues with both confidence and expertise. She has and continues to successfully advocate for her clients both in the courtroom and through negotiated settlements.

Asal Mahmoudian
Asal graduated from City Law School at City, University of London in London, England. Following that, Asal obtained a Global Professional Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, Asal earned an honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto. As such, Asal is equipped with a vigorous academic and international background, which has enriched her with a wide range of perspectives on life’s issues.
Asal completed her articles in a boutique law firm where she gained considerable experience in drafting complex contracts and agreements. Since being called to the bar Asal has exclusively practiced in the area of family law and has successfully litigated on behalf of her clients at the Superior Court of Justice as well as the Ontario Court of Justice.
Asal is a strong advocate for her clients and her practice is compassionate and resolution focused.
Dharshani Arugumam
Dharshani obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor – Faculty of Law in 2021 and her Honors bachelor degree from York University in Kinesiology and Health Science. Dharshani also completed her Master of Arts in Health Policy and Equity at York University.
During law school, Dharshani volunteered at Legal Aid Windsor and worked at Durham Community Legal Clinic assisting low-income individuals. After completing law school, Dharshani articled at a boutique law firm focusing primarily in family law. While articling, she gained great experience in drafting family court documents and speaking before judges in the Ontario Court of Justice.
