Jennifer Taylor Chan

With experience in both the public and private sectors, including a boutique employment law firm in downtown Toronto, she founded her practice to embody her commitment to ethical advocacy, intellectual integrity, and powerful storytelling. She is in her 9th year of practice and has handled over 450+ cases in her career.

Since founding JTC Litigation PC in 2020, Jennifer has been recognized as one of Toronto's leading labour and employment lawyers. She has represented clients in contested motions, civil actions, and proceedings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Additionally, she has appeared before multiple civil courts across Ontario.

While Jennifer strives for efficient resolutions to workplace disputes, she is a seasoned barrister fully prepared to resolve matters through adjudication.

She is a graduate of McGill University and the Faculty of Law at Windsor University. She was called to the Bar in 2016.
